Based on my weight when I had my physical, which was 217.8lbs, I have lost 6.4lbs or 3.2lbs per week. I am very happy with the progress I have made. My goal is to get down to about 200lbs.
I have not worked out at all since I began the program. I am curious as to how much weight I could lose without working out at all. I will be considering whether or not to institute this change over the next couple of days.
My appetite is way down and if not for my love of chocolate, I would probably not eat as much as I currently am. My energy level is up slightly and I feel better overall.
I will be posting before and after documents from my doctor approximately one week after the program ends.
